After many, many years Sin Comix will be opening up commissions again which will include illustrations and small comics. I am still ironing out the information and the whatnot, but I suspect that it will be starting around late May – early June. So if you were ever interested in getting some artwork from us, be on the look out very, very soon. If you want any of an adult nature, you know that you guys are going to have to be, at least, 18 years of age.
Normally, I liked to post straight – malexmale – straight – malexmale and etc., but it seems that we are severely lacking anything recent to post in that respect. So, in the mean time I posted some good ‘ole Resident Evil 5 fan art. I still need to play this, but I don’t even have a PS3 yet. Doesn’t really matter, because I wouldn’t even have time to play it. I barely get to watch anything and when I do I feel really guilty for doing so, because I know that I could be working on something. Either way, I’m a big fan of the RE series and I can’t wait to play the remakes, but I haven’t gotten time to do that either.
I also want to apologize for not posting on Sunday night. I was just too busy doing something else and I was too tired last night. I went to bed hideously early. If anyone is following this blog I really appreciate your patience with us.

Updated piece from this post. It took me about 3 days, in total to finish over the course of some days. In the mean time I was working on a lot of stuff (like going to cons), but on a whim I was too tired to draw some comic pages I was supposed to be working on and just decided to finish this up. I have learned that it’s a lot easier for me to map out the colors in a monochromatic fashion so that I can go back and color the piece. Otherwise I will just sit there and stare at it and not know what to do. The mapping out the colors helps me to figure out the light sources too which is pretty important as well.
Completed in Photoshop and PaintTool SAI.

I have always been a fan of both Gambit and Wolverine for a long time and Ivory M. is as well so this piece was done. As I saw this piece coming along, I really liked how Ivory M. really pulled off the shadows from the trees onto them. It’s probably one of my favorite parts of the piece aside from Wolverine’s face.
Completed in copic markers.

This took quite some time to complete, but overall I’m pretty happy with it. Someone told me that no one would recognize her since she’s missing that Crimson mark she’s had since the Age of Apocalypse, but I’m pretty glad that it’s gone now. I would like to get working on the rest of them, but I’m still thinking about poses and stuff.
